Laphroaig
Laphroaig (pronounced 'la-froyg') is a Scotch whisky distillery situated on the Island of Islay off the West coast of Scotland.The distillery was officially established in 1815 and produces a single malt. It is considered one of the strongest flavored of all scotch whiskies, and is generally aged to 10 years, although the 15 year old variety is not uncommon. The name means "the beautiful hollow by the broad bay". A drop of water enhances the peaty arome of this whisky.
