Panthalassa

Panthalassa was the vast ocean that surrounded the supercontinent Pangaea during the late Paleozoic era and the early Mesozoic era. It was broken into: Arctic Ocean, Indian Ocean, Atlantic Ocean, Pacific Ocean when Pangaea broke apart.
